This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information collected by yana-dd, a sole proprietorship (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), in connection with our website (the “Site”) and third-party platforms including social networking services, and through our direct and/or online marketing campaigns and other online communications (collectively, the “Services”). Your use of the Site is also expressly subject to our Terms of Use, which are incorporated in full in our Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT 
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information including without limitation, credit card numbers or information obtained for payments made through a third-party payment provider, email address, and phone number. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
We use Squarespace to power our online store.  In addition, we use Squarespace’s payment platform to process all payment transactions on our Site. All transactions you make on our Site are subject to Squarespace Payments terms and conditions and privacy policy. Squarespace Payments will use and share your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, and Squarespace is solely responsible for its use and sharing of your personal data.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such Third-Party Site. We are not responsible for the actions of these Third-Party Site; rather, the owners and operators of all Third-Party Site are responsible for all personal information provided, collected, maintained, stored or otherwise disclosed on those Site, if any. The links on the Site do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third-Party Site, including their privacy policies, if any. If you have any questions about how these Third-Party Site’ use your personal information, we strongly encourage contacting those Site directly for information on their privacy policies and practices. If you have accessed the Site through a link from certain of our advertising or marketing partners, the Site may include a frame of the applicable advertising or marketing partner. INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM CHILDREN
Protecting the privacy of children is extremely important to us. The Site is directed toward a general audience and are not directed at nor intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or intend to collect personal information from anyone who is under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should not provide any personal information to us. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Site. DATA RETENTION 
If you decide to delete your account, you may do so by emailing us at info@yana-dd.com.  Please note that we are subject to the Squarespace technology and we will be unable to delete your account if you have an order history.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
yana-dd reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. If we make substantial changes in the way we use your personal data, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site or sending you an email. Otherwise, all other changes to this Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of the Site and/or the Services after the Last Revised date will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
